On Apple’s September 7th 2022 event Apple announced new products.
iPhone 14
Apple announced the new generation of iPhone which includes iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max.
The iPhone 14 is powered by A15 Bionic, with a 5‑core GPU, powers all the latest features and makes graphically intense games and AR apps feel ultrafluid.
iPhone 14 has a 6.1″ and iPhone 14 Plus has a 6.7″ Super Retina XDR display.
The Pro lineup are powered by A16 Bionic and have improved 48MP main camera with a new Super Retina XDR display with always-on feature.
Both models include Crash Detection and emergency contact via satellite.
All iPhone 14 US models will ditch the physical SIM tray in favor of eSIM technology. Electronic Sim (eSIM) is a digital SIM card technology which is provided by AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon and for now and other carriers will provide eSIM later on.
iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max also introduce a new feature called Dynamic Island which bubbles up notifications, music, FaceTime and more.
Apple Watch Series 8
Apple Watch series 8 to include Apple Watch Ultimate, Apple Watch and Apple Watch SE
Apple Watch Series 8 also introduces Crash Detection in all models and the new Apple Watch Ultra has a bigger and flat display with a rugged casing with three new designed bands for harsh conditions.
The new Apple Watch Series 8 improve power efficiency to all-day long (18 hours) with a single charge and the Apple Watch Ultra improves it up to 36 hours and they both feature a low power mode to preserve the charge up to 60 hours.
AirPods Pro
The new AirPods Pro uses the new Apple H2 silicon chip which improves noise cancelling and features new sensors for changing the volume and it is more power efficient.
The Case also has a built-in speaker for pinging the case to find it easier and can be charged with any MagSafe wireless charger like Apple Watch or iPhone’s wireless charger.
